Tracking information/updates can be seen through the USPS or UPS website, and may take up to 12-48 hours once shipped. Once your order has been shipped we are not responsible for delays, lost, or missing item(s). We will not reimburse any lost/missing packages; you will need to file a dispute directly with your local USPS or UPS.
